Pursuing a lead position in the provision of high bandwidth services to enterprise and wholesale businesses in Europe and Asia’s largest business hubs, Colt continues to bolster its management team with the appointment of Stephanie Lynch-Habib as Chief Marketing Officer, effective December 1, 2016.

Reporting to Chief Commercial Officer Tom Regent, Stephanie will define and execute Colt’s marketing strategy, ensuring that we build a robust, customer-centric, go-to-market plan. This strategy will support the evolution of the Colt brand into a high-bandwidth leader, with best in class network and customer experience. Executing this strategy requires the right mix of skills and the company continues to hire senior specialists to lead the charge.

Based in Paris, Stephanie is an American native but has been living in Europe for the past 17 years. She brings a wealth of experience, with over 20 years in the telecommunications industry. She has extensive financial and management experience due to the variety of roles she has worked in, most recently as  Head of Specialty and Professional Service Sales EMEA with Level 3 Communications.

Prior to Level 3, Stephanie held many senior roles at AT&T including Global Marketing Director, Sales VP EMEA North and Sales VP IoT and Strategic Solutions EMEA. During her career, Stephanie was a founding board member of the AT&T European Women’s network, was nominated twice to Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Next Generation conference and was a frequent contributor to the Huffington Post’s Women in STEM series.

“I look forward to taking a key role in the execution of Colt’s bold new strategy. I believe in the potential for Colt as a disruptive influence and industry leader in terms of high-bandwidth networking and customer experience. But you can only be successful if the teams behind you are the very best, and I recognise a strong leadership and company culture at Colt, which I am keen to be a part of,” said Stephanie Lynch-Habib.

Commenting on the appointment, Tom Regent, said: “Colt has the best assets in the industry, second to none, and is implementing a bold new strategy  to tap into the demand for mission critical high bandwidth across Europe and Asia. I am excited to welcome Stephanie as part of the team who will drive this transformation.”

Colt makes a point of employing the best talent globally, and through its ongoing business transformation is challenging the industry status quo.
