Service overview

With Colt’s ultra low latency, reliable and secure fiber optic network as a base, we’re able to provide high quality voice communications. Our service can connect to phones in and out of cities, international numbers, cell phones, and PHS systems, and it also supports caller ID blocked 184/186 calls.

Colt offers a selection of ISDN, IP, and 050IP services depending on each client’s VoIP needs. Customers can port their current phone numbers and use them with our services (excl. 050IP), as well as use one of our unique 0AB-J (03, etc.) numbers.

For our enterprise clients, we have a variety of pricing plans with charges on a per second, per minute, and per 3 minute basis, as well as by call category. With initial and monthly costs priced competitively low, it’s easy to achieve a reduction in communications costs.

Outgoing/Incoming Call Settings, Caller ID notifications, and Group Extensions are the basic provided features.

Dial-in Numbers, Call Forwarding, and Flat Rate Calls are offered as optional features.

We offer our high quality, reliable voice services with full support system and Service Level Agreements.
